Return and Refund Policy


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet.

To cancel, please email our customer support team at support@mindandgutwellness.com.

Upon cancellation confirmation, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns Policy

You may return your product within 10 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken.

The packaging is compromised.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product is past its expiration date.

Your order was incomplete or missing items.

 

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

Products are opened, used, or altered.

Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.

Return request is made more than 10 days after delivery.

The damaged/missing product is reported after 10 days from delivery.

The reason for return is not related to manufacturing defects.

Return Process

Email us at support@mindandgutwellness.com within 10 days of receiving your product with:

Order ID

Name

Items to return

Reason for return

Images as proof

We will review your request within 24 working hours.

If the product is unusable or damaged, you may be asked to discard it. We will provide a replacement accordingly.

After receiving the returned product, we will verify the claim and process replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if:

The returned product is noticeably damaged or tampered with.

The shipping address provided is incorrect.

The product has been partially consumed.

Return policy conditions are not met.

Refunds may be issued if:

The product is out of stock.

The shipping address is not serviceable.

The returned product is in good condition and untampered.

You were charged twice for the same order.

Return Pick-Up

For most pin codes, after receiving your return request, we will arrange a reverse pick-up within 1-2 days.

If pick-up service is unavailable, you will need to self-ship via a reliable courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed.

 

Refund Timeline

For online payments, refunds will be credited back within 7 working days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days of refund request receipt.
